Thanks to Victor for coming to train the Win Realty Limited team and our Win Associates earlier today.
As a company, human resource development form part of the nerve centre of our existence. Mehnnn, I've got a lot of things to ruminate over before sleeping today.
I can emphatically state that the #WinRealty brand and the Win Group Holdings at large are better positioned to serve you more value in real estate investments.

I’m aiming to grow my new company from N10M to N50M and eventually N500M in annual revenue, while shifting from retail clients to serving HNIs. We’re also building an edtech platform to reach 100,000 users in less than 5 years, and I’m focused on developing a strong team to achieve this vision.
I’ve enrolled my Head of Staff in a training led by Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa, someone I’ve known on Facebook for years and finally met in person today. Just 15 minutes with him left me inspired.
Victor is one of the top business growth experts in Nigeria, with clients like Leadway, UAC Foods, and VBank, all benefiting from his high-level trainings and strategies.

On Saturday, under the tutorship of Mr. Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa, we learnt what it takes to grow a business.
'Growth Masterclass' not just in name, but in essence, in knowlege, in practicality. We grew an inch! I attended with my boss, the Don, Emeka Nobis, and we are already looking through applying all of it in Knowledge Money University, and all the other things we do.

I reminded Victor of the number of small businesses that has experienced his touch, and doing well,
Our company, Phronesis Foods stands top on that list.
Victor is multiple things to me, a partner, a friend, a confidant, a consultant, a brother. There are only a few people who can match Victor's strength, or be able to do the things he does.
This Man has given his life as a gift to many small businesses, influencing, coaching, mentoring, leading, launching, teaching, and so much more.
One of the things we often tell new business owners is to have a support system, someone whose strengths helps to carry you when you get somewhat overwhelmed. For me, and my team, Victor played that role so well.

I think one of the best things that happened to me was having a solid advisory board member.
Last week, Mr. Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa spent three hours on the phone with me to discuss our company's Business Model Canvas and share numerous strategies. We studied three different companies as case studies for what we are building. My notes were extensive full.
Mr. Olatunde Victor is excellent when it comes to business strategies. I had heard of his business acumen and now have experienced it, and whenever he attends board meetings, he always makes valuable contributions. This is my public appreciation for you, Mr. Victor, for supporting my work and agreeing to sit on the advisory board.

Most people that come around me, ask who my business mentor is. This means they can see some things.
Well, it isn't far fetched, you look like who you look up to. What amazed me recently is when a facilitator at a business boot camp asked me who my mentor is just after hearing me speak about business for the first time.
The thing is that I don't even notice most of these things as it's not a day thing. It requires consistency following the right people. However we must give honour to whom honour is due.
I know it's not your birthday yet, but I need to say a very big thank you sir Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa . Mr Victor is a rare breed, motivational doer and exceptional being. Thanks for always showing light to the (we) upcoming ones and being a mentor indeed.

I want to commend Mr. Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa of The Growth Hub for the tremendous success of the Business Growth Accelerator & Grant Competition. With over 3,000 entrepreneurs participating, 10 winners received cash prizes, while others gained investor interest and growth opportunities. This was real impact, not just "audio money."
As a judge and panelist during the demo day, I witnessed the invaluable training provided and the significant contribution this initiative made to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Thank you, Mr. Victor, for driving such positive change.

ANGEL IN HUMAN NATURE
That's him, Sir Victor Olatunde Adeoluwa.
My mentor, Coach, Friend and Cheerleader.
I met him on this Facebook street precisely 2018, at that time living seemed so empty and meaningless... I was in a messy state. He picked me, dusted, encouraged and strengthened me putting up with my excesses and shortcomings, fears and hopelessness and then he walked me out of that phase a better person.
You are PURE GOLD to me personally You share your pool of wisdom with me withholding nothing You've defined to my terms what true leadership is and it's essence. I and the enterpreneural world celebrates you today Sir.

When I was nearing the end of my University education, one of my goals was to become an entrepreneur.
I loved the idea of understanding societal problems.
I loved the idea of creating solutions to the problems.
I loved the idea of building companies.
But I didn't know how to go about achieving this lofty goal.
As a young ambitious boy, I would sit with Strive Masiyiwa's FB page, and go over his posts religiously. He has a way of making you think deeply about innovations. His "Afterthoughts" were equally very brilliant and insightful. Lots of entrepreneurs and "Senior Class Members" would drop their opinions, lessons and findings in the comment section. That was when I met Mr Olatunde Victor Adeoluwa.
He would later become my first, official Business Mentor. He taught me most of the things that guided my entrepreneurship journey. Through exercises and projects, I learnt about business plans, proposals, business model canvas, pitch deck, and many other business development concepts. These teachings have helped me to transform some of my ideas into profitable business ventures.
Many people often comment on how much and how fast I've changed and grown within a short period. Access to him has gotten me valuable friendships, clients, exclusive communities, and many more. Thank you very much, Mentor Olatunde Victor. I'm always grateful for the gift of mentorship, coaching and guidance that has shaped my path in business and social impact.
